    Blended learning (b-learning) is a hybrid teaching model that combines traditional in personinstruction with digital resources and virtual tools to enhance the educational experience. This studyaimed to assess the perceptions and evaluations of students regarding the implementation of adiagnostic and case-based learning method in an elective course on Maxillary Pathology at theFaculty of Dentistry, National University of Tucumán (FOUNT). A total of 31 students participated inthe course, which combined theoretical face-to-face classes with clinical case seminars (SC) andindividual virtual activities on the Moodle platform. The final evaluation consisted of a group case-solving activity and an anonymous self-report questionnaire. This instrument explored students’perceptions in four areas: Interest/Enjoyment (I/D), Perceived Competence (CP), Perceived Choice(EP), and Pressure/Tension (P/T). Additional questions addressed organization, challenges, accessto the platform, and peer consultation. Results showed high levels of satisfaction and engagement:100% of students passed the group and individual assessments. Mean scores were: I/D = 4.86 ± 1.4,CP = 4.58 ± 1.3, EP = 3.86 ± 1.8, and P/T = 4.73 ± 1.9. The main reported difficulty was theinterpretation of microscopic images Despite this, the overall experience was positively rated ighlighting the effectiveness of b-learning in fostering active, collaborative learning and enhancingdiagnostic competencies in a virtual and clinical context
