    The present study sets out to explore the role of legal concepts in argumentation, with a particular focus on the contributions of scholars of positive law. The legal concepts formulated by these scholars play a fundamental role in our theories on the content of law (general theory of contract and the general theory of crime, etc). However, it should be noted that within the legal field, there exists a variety of legal concepts that have been elaborated in the dogmatic field. This diversity of dogmatic concepts makes it possible to carry out different operations in the fields of legal interpretation and construction.
