    Modalities of dismissal in the Republic of Croatia.

    The following paper examines the modalities of dismissal in the Republic of Croatia, providing a comprehensive overview of historical developments, as well as the current legal framework regarding the subject matter. An in-depth analysis of objective, subjective, and collective dismissals will be provided herein, tracing their evolution from the 1990s to present day. The paper highlights key legislative reforms and their impact on employment termination practices, offering valuable insights into the labour law legislation in Croatia regulating the various types of dismissals.

    The halobiontic Ochthebius (s.str.) caudatus F RIVALDSZKY , 1883 is redescribed and recorded from Poland for the first time. Based on molecular data it is assigned to the O. marinus group. Its ecology is briefly described.
