In this work aspects related with the tradition and the quantitative importance, socio-economic and regulation of the bullfighting traditional shows in different towns of the Region of Murcia have been treated. Subsequently the number and type of these shows celebrating nowadays have been determined, and yours historic evolutions valued. Then we have divided the bullfighting shows in two types; running of bulls previous to the bullfighting and loosing and running of bulls without subsequent bullfighting. We have designed model of polls that have been done to organizers, audience and taurine club members of the different towns in order to make a socio-economic evaluation of them. Finally a detailed study of the regulations for authorization, control and development and their comparison with the regulations legislated for these topics by the different Autonomous Communities have been realized to determine those aspects to improve in the Region of Murcia.
