    Argumentación dialógica infantil sobre literatura de tradición oral para la resolución de conflictos escolares con recursos digitales TEP

    Este estudio de caso múltiple ha investigado la argumentación dialógica de un grupo de estudiantes de Educación Primaria en un proyecto de educación literaria para la resolución de conflictos escolares. Su proceso didáctico se ha iniciado en su comentario crítico de una leyenda de tradición oral sobre la paz visionada en YouTube, con interpretación significativa y conexiones intertextuales de fuentes diversas explicitadas en tertulias literarias de aula, y ha culminado en la producción creativa y la transferencia de hipertextos narrativos audiovisuales con tecnologías para el empoderamiento y la participación (TEP) discentes. El diseño metodológico de análisis de tales producciones discursivas ha sido microetnográfico, atento a cuestiones promotoras de imaginación argumentativa congruente con símbolos literarios por hipótesis fantásticas y concatenaciones convergentes nacidas del aprendizaje cooperativo. La enunciación argumentativa, la cultura intertextual y la interacción socio-emocional de cada estudiante han sido analizadas por matrices y mapas lógico-argumentativos dialécticos (Rationale) y semánticos (Atlas.ti). Los resultados revelan la complejidad situacional de cada caso discerniendo hábitos de videojuegos violentos y tipos de violencia superable con estrategias de paz sostenible. Se concluye que la educación literaria desde narraciones de tradición oral favorece el desarrollo democrático y emancipador de la argumentación en la infancia.

    Competencias ciudadanas en el alumnado de segundo ciclo de Educación Secundaria Obligatoria en Almería

    This report shows the research carried out about the civic competences in the second stage of secondary school pupils from Almería. The report begins with a brief theoretical background where civic competences are analyzed: criticism, social-communicative and conflict resolution, considering the intercultural competence as a transverse question. The formulation of specific research targets gives way to the presentation of the methodology which specifies the construction of a likert-type scale about civic competences and the main topics that guide the two discussion groups made up of both Spanish and immigrant school children. Finally, qualitative and quantitative results and achieved conclusions are shown.

    La mediación con jóvenes inmigrantes en el ámbito de la justicia penal juvenil: un enfoque educativo

    Our society is more diverse and multicultural. The growing social preoccupation about educative actions and alternatives in order to improve the cohesion of our community, generates important challenges. The development of reflections based on research3 promote the comprehension of determined aspects, in a more real and less stereotyped way. It is important to flee from interested cliché, arisen from politic and ideological perspectives that tend to bias the problem. Youth Penal Justice constitutes an ambit of cultural diversity irruption, in a very significant way in recent years. In the teenagers centers as in other alternative measures, the presence of immigrant population is clearly visible. This situation is generating an important reflection about the use of the conflict management forms in Youthful the Penal Law at the moment, to answer to the new necessities and demands emerged from the changes in offender teenager population. From these pages we analyze in depth the mediation use as an alternative in penal ambit, in those cases which one of the parts is constituted by immigrant teenagers, to be able to provide comprehensive bases for the improvement of such processes
