    ¿Se pueden determinar las funciones del supervisor universitario?

    This research studys if supervisors encourage the reflection of students of Primary Teacher. The sample was compoused for students of Practicum, university supervisor teachers and tutors (school teachers). A questionary about reflexive actions was administred. The questionary asks to supervisor if he had encouraged such actions, to student if he had been encouraged in this actions and tutor if he had seen this encouragements and if it is some relation with the speciality and the experience. The results shown important differences about reflective actions between supervisors and students of Practicum. The supervisors didn´t encourage some reflective actions, although they thinks the opposite and the student admited not to have been encouraged. There were influence of the experience but no of the speciality on the relation of the supervisor,tutor and reflexive actions.
