METHODOLOGICAL INFORMATION

1.Description of the methodology used to generate the dataset.

Samples were digested with the single-pot, solid-phase-enhanced sample preparation (SP3) methodology and analyzed on an Evosep One LC system coupled online to a tims-TOF Flex mass spectrometer with DIA-PASEF data acquisition mode at the Proteomics Platform (IMSMI) of IMIBIC, Córdoba, Spain. LC-MS/MS raw data files were analyzed with Spectronaut software.
